Browse services or vendors on the Explore page, select the service you want, pick a date and time that works for you, choose your preferred staff member (if applicable), and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is placed.

Yes. Go to your Appointments tab, select the booking you'd like to change, and tap Reschedule or Cancel. Please note that cancellation policies vary by vendor — some may charge a fee for late cancellations.

If a vendor cancels your appointment, you'll be notified immediately and receive a full refund. We'll also help you find an alternative booking if you'd like.

Yes. You can add multiple services from the same vendor to a single booking. Each service will be scheduled back-to-back for your convenience.

All vendors on Survd go through a verification process before they can accept bookings. We also support in-app messaging so you never need to share personal contact details, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If you experience any problems, you can report a vendor directly from their profile page or contact our support team. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly.

Absolutely. We use Stripe to process all payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they're encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified.

If you're eligible for a refund (e.g. vendor cancellation or a qualifying issue), the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

This is rare but can happen due to a network issue. Contact us at contact@survd.co.uk with your booking details and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. If payment was taken without a confirmed booking, you'll receive a full refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Tap Sign Up on the app or website, enter your email and create a password, and you're good to go. You can also sign up with your Google account for a faster setup.

You can delete your account from your Profile settings. Go to Profile, scroll down and tap Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Download the Survd app or visit our website, switch to Vendor Mode, and complete the registration process. You'll need to provide your business details, services, and pricing. Once verified, you'll be live on the platform.

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Earnings from completed appointments are transferred to your linked bank account on a rolling basis, typically within 2–7 business days.

Yes. You have full control over your service pricing, availability, and working hours. You can update these at any time from your vendor dashboard.

After your appointment is completed, you'll be prompted to leave a review and rating. You can also go to your past appointments and leave a review at any time.
